He does need to get an attorney, for more than one reason. However, we don't have money for one and we're not sure where or how to get a legal aide. This had happened just last year before the communication stopped, but I was just curious on whether or not that's how it should have been handled at the time. Is it possible to give his contact numbers to CPS for any future issues like what happend? Would they use it when that time comes again??? When I talk to him and confront him about the kids and what the mother is doing and had done, he seems to think that she is in total control and that if she does that stuff then there's nothing he can do about it. I kind of get the feeling that he's not telling me something. Is there anything you can think of that may keep him from pushing to get or even see the kids.
