Home Study...maybe

I am a graduate student and have been living with a roomate for two years. She has been a friend of mine for about five years. After she got a divorce because she discovered her husband was using drugs and had stole thousands of dollars from her and her friendsI moved in to help her with her two children (boy-9, girl-5). I have become a nanny basically and due to the fact that she is working on her Ph.D. in counseling she has a hectic schedule and is also on call 24/7 in the counseling center in which she works. She is an amazing parent! Recently, when she filed a motion for back due tax money and child support from her ex, he countered with a suit for full custody! This was an obvious ploy to not have to tell his new wife about all the stealing and dishonesty! He is claiming we are lesbians...which could not be farther from the truth, and that this home is unfit. Anyway...my question...there is apparently going to be a home study done on us. -- Is it a problem that the children share a room? I have a room, the mother has a room, and the kids share the master bedroom. It is divided with an actual wooden wall we made, and they each have their own closet and distinct, private side.
