Thanks for your support.

Yes, it does seem to be that he is interested in me. I had my final meeting with him at my home with the boys and it went well. He called me on the Monday following to tell me he thought our meeting went well and that he would not be granting a second meeting if my ex requested one with him. We talked about a number of non related issues and I said I had to go. This Wed. I received a call on my cell phone from him at 9pm! I did not answer, but then found myself turning off all the lights in the home and hiding in my room (my boys were at their dad's and he knows this). He knows I am vulnerable right now and this has got to be against some type of ethics in this profession. He just called me again today and said he was finishing up on my report and mentioned a few things we had in common. He said to call if I wanted or if I did not he understood.

WHAT CAN I DO? He is nice, but I am not interested, plus his report and possible testimony is very important to my case and his behavior and my reponse could jeopardize that. On one hand, if I tell him to leave me alone, the report could be negative toward me, if I don't and this gets out, his report could get thrown out.

Any expert advice out there for me?
